How can I book?
You can book an appointment after you have made a booking request on my website here or if you have booked an appointment with me before you can do it via instagram DM. If you send me a DM please make sure all the information is there such as description, size, placement, style and inspiration photos!
Where are you located?
I normally work at the amazing KAUAI tattoo studio out in Clayfield, Brisbane which is a private studio owned by Elliot Crombie. The full address and parking will be sent to you prior to your appointment. We have heard from many people, multiple times that they really enjoy the honest banter and the fun environment. We always try and take care of our clients and give them an awesome experience alongside a beautiful new tattoo. Not to worry, if you prefer a more quiet appointment, you are most welcome to bring your headphones and other entertainment to fully zone out during the session.
Do you quote per piece or do you have an hourly rate?
This depends on the actual size of the tattoo.
If you are looking for a bigger tattoo they will most likely go into my day sit rates which are:
10 am till 3/4 pm $1000/$1100
10 am till 4/5 pm $1100/1200
HOWEVER if we are tattooing a stand alone piece that is manageable in less than 6 to 7 hours, I quote per piece. Based on the size, style and detail of the design, I give you a quote with a minimum and a maximum bracket (example $550/$750 or $300/$400). After your appointment, I will decide based on a few things, how much the exact total will be, such as; style of the tattoo, time tattooed , final size, detail, etc. Your total will not go out of that bracket if we haven’t discussed anything that will tell otherwise. If the tattoo is significantly bigger and goes out of the discussed measurements, the quote will be re-made on the day before the appointment and discussed with you before we start.
Can I ask for a quote without an appointment?
Absolutely! There will never be any pressure to lock anything in or to make an appointment. Your quote usually stays valid for up to 3 months and happy to revise again if you need more time.
What days do you work?
Normally I work from Tuesday to Friday. I try to avoid working on weekends just so I can hang out with the family. That said, please let me know your preferences and we can try and work something out meaning either before or after work, Monday’s or potentially a Saturday
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes! Every appointment requires a deposit and a drawing free. Without this deposit, your appointment is not confirmed! Once your deposit has been paid, your account is fully locked in!

Do you have a minimum charge?
My minimum charge for a tattoo is $150, so even though it is something that is only 2 by 2 cm's it will still be $150.
Do you offer touch ups and do you offer them on other peoples work?
I certainly do, touchups that are necessary over my own work, will be assessed 3 to 4 weeks after you have gotten your tattoo done. I sometimes go over areas in a very light grey to make sure the balance in the tattoo is right so I know I have the chance to darken up certain areas! Touchups are usually free, but will only be free if you get them done within 6 months of your last tattoo appointment.
If you have neglected your aftercare and did not follow the instructions you automatically wave your right to a free touch up. Keep in mind that I can usually tell if you have taken care of your tattoo or not.
I do sometimes touch up other peoples work. If it is something small and on top of another tattoo you are getting with me, I charge an extra $50. If you need a lot of work or rework done, I usually charge my hourly rates which is $100 per half hour or $200 per hour.
Do you have flash or designs I can look at?
Yeehaw, I certainly do!I have designs available on my instagram where you can find everything in my highlights or if you go to ‘tattoo designs’ on my page, you can find all flash and other designs available as well.
What if I love a tattoo so much but it isn’t available anymore or it has been tattooed?
If a design already has been tattooed or claimed, you can just rach out and I can draw you up an incredibly similar design that is unique to you but has the same vibe to it as the one you saw before.
Do you repeat designs?
I tend to never really repeat anything and keep the uniqueness to your tattoo by slightly changing every single design even if it is flash.
Do you do coverups?
I very rarely do cover ups since my style is light and you usually need more of a darker style or a lot of shading to cover things up. I am happy for you to reach out with all your information and discuss the coverup beforehand to see if it is something I could take on!
Please mention this in your booking form so we can organise a consultation.
Can you tattoo over scars/stretchmarks?
I do, however I’d love to see you in person first to see if your scars or stretchmarks are safe to tattoo over and healed enough.
Please mention this in your booking form so we can organise a consultation.
Do you have Afterpay?
I do not have after pay at the moment but I am looking into payment plan options in the future.
What should I bring to my appointment?
The more prepared you are, the better you will feel. Bring some snacks and water/hydrolytes for throughout the day. Your body will need all the sugar it can get so put in a few of the good ones as well ;). We have sugary drinks and chocolate if you are running low on energy and happy to help wherever we can by providing you with everything you’d need. I also highly recommend bringing headphones, iPad or a book to keep yourself occupied. With larger and complicated pieces, I like to keep my focus so the tattoo is done to the best of my abilities and time. For bigger meals around lunchtime, we have a microwave should you want to use it, or there’s plenty of food around the studio that you can go and get or order!
Your comfort is important!! Clothing wise, wear something so I can easily access the area we are tattooing however make sure that is comfy and warm! Your body will cool down during the tattoo and you might get chilly, so please don’t hesitate to bring a warm jumper, blanket, fuzzy socks or yes a robe or kimono. We provide pillows, however the comfort of your own pillow is always better, so if you want to bring it, please do!
What to wear examples:
Sternum tattoo: crop top, nipple covers and button up shirt.
Back tattoo: nipple covers and button up shirt to wear in reverse.
Upper arm: singlet or sleeveless top.
Thigh/upper leg: shorts or wrap skirt.
Chest tattoo: nipple covers, button up shirt, tube tops.
Upper back: tube top or flexible top that’s easily worn underneath arms.
What if I need to change/cancel my appointment?
As mentioned previously your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date once for free — provided changes are made at least 72 hours in advance. You can reschedule once with holding on to your deposit, but the 2nd time we will need a new deposit for the appointment reschedule.
Deposits may only be transferred within 6 months of the original booking. If more time passes, the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits are - non-refundable - when an appointment is cancelled.
I truly value the time and energy that goes into each appointment. When you book a session, I dedicate that time entirely to you—this means I set aside my schedule and prepare in advance, so I can give you my best work and full attention.
Your deposit and drawing fee also covers the time spent on preparation, such as emails, messages, admin, consultations, design work, and design prep. When an appointment is cancelled, much of this time is unfortunately lost.
To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and other clients who may wish to book, I require a deposit for all appointments. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your tattoo and secures your spot.
Thank you for understanding and for respecting this policy. It helps me continue to give each client the best experience possible.
Can I bring a friend or my children?
Please ask me first if you want to bring a support person. Our studio is small with 2 other artist and therefor two other clients so in order for it to not get crowded and for us to walk around freely, it isn’t recommended. However if you can just send a message first, I can see how busy the studio is that day and I could potentially make an exception.
You can not bring your children, due to a combination of legal restrictions, safety concerns, and professional shop policies. Additionally, tattoo shops are not designed for children due to potential exposure to pathogens, breakable equipment, and the need for a quiet, focused environment for the client and artist.
